Shipping Policy
All prepaid orders are shipped at no delivery cost.
COD orders will be charged an additional fee of INR100.
All orders are dispatched latest by the next date the order is placed.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday and not on Sunday and public holidays.
Please be mindful that during sale periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatches.
Order will take up to 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.
Orders can be tracked by clicking on the link received at the time the order is dispatched.
Orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners with online tracking facility.
Express Shipping
We also offer an express shipping option for a fee of Rs.100 per order.
Orders placed before 9am will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
Express Post guarantees a next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in India. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-3 business days.
Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
All orders are shipped using express mode and can be traced using the online tracking service sent to you with your order confirmation.
Delivery takes between 5 and 7 working days.

Payment policy
We currently accept India-issued debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), Net Banking , UPI and COD (plus INR 100 handling charge).
We do not accept payments over phone calls or card on delivery.
We do not offer EMI options at this moment.
Discount coupons and gift cards are only valid during the period mentioned and can be redeemed only the official website www.cosmictrio.com
Discount coupon and gift card can only be use once during the validity period.
Important payment information:
· Debit and credit cards are charged once the order is placed.
· Credit or debit cards issued outside India cannot be used to pay on cosmictrio.com
· For cash on delivery payments, we only accept valid currency notes. Card on delivery facility is not available.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Saturday only. Most orders are shipped by same day from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Should any unauthorised charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with Cosmic® Trio, please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Please note that Cosmic® Trio will never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit details via email, except in the case of refunds for cash on delivery (cod) orders. If you receive an email claiming to be from Cosmic® Trio asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our customer care team immediately.
