At Cosmic Trio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help with our return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@cosmictrio.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchange Policy

Items must be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@cosmictrio.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item/size you desire.
Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
We will cover the shipping costs of sending the new item to you.
Processing Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect your item for exchange, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange.
The new item will be shipped out within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
